14 “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
~ Luke 2:14
1) When Jesus came to the Earth he brought peace to men!
- Luke 2:14 – “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
- John 16:33 – “I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace.”
- John 14:27 – “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. Do not let your hearts be troubled.”
2) Jesus is the Prince of Peace!
- Isaiah 9:6 – “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders, And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end.”
- Psalm 29:11 – “The Lord gives strength to his people, the Lord blesses his people with peace.
- Isaiah 55:12 – “You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace.”
3) Thanks to Christ, we can have his peace at all times!
- Colossians 3:15 – “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts since as members of one body you were called to peace.”
- I Peter 3:11 – “They must turn from evil and do good. They must seek peace and pursue it.”
- Philippians 4:7 – “And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ.”
- Isaiah 26:3 – “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”
- 2 Thessalonians 3:16 – “Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with you.”

1) Cuando Jesus vino a la Tierra el trajo paz a los hombres!
- Lucas 2:14 – “Gloria a Dios en las alturas y en la tierra paz a los que gozan de su buena voluntad.”
- Juan 16:33 – “Yo les he dicho estas cosas para que en mí hallen paz.”
- Juan 14:27 – “La paz les dejo; mi paz les doy. Yo no se la doy a ustedes como la da el mundo.”
2) Jesus es el Principe de Paz!
- Isaias 9:6 – “Porque nos ha nacido un niño, se nos ha concedido un hijo; la soberanía reposará sobre sus hombros, y se le darán estos nombres: Consejero admirable, Dios fuerte Padre eterno, Príncipe de paz.”
- Salmos 29:11 – “El Señor fortalece a su pueblo; el Señor bendice a su pueblo con la paz."
3) Gracias a Cristo, tenemos su paz todo el tiempo!
- Colosenses 3:15 – “Que gobierne en sus corazones la paz de Cristo, a la cual fueron llamados en un solo cuerpo. Y sean agradecidos.”
- I Pedro 3:11 – “Que se aparte del mal y haga el bien; que busque la paz y la siga.”
- Filipenses 4:7 – “Y la paz de Dios, que sobrepasa todo entendimiento, cuidará sus corazones y sus pensamientos en Cristo Jesús.”
- Isaias 26:3 – “Al de carácter firme lo guardarás en perfecta paz, porque en ti confía.”
- 2 Tesalonicenses 3:16 – “Que el Señor de paz les conceda su paz siempre y en todas las circunstancias. El Señor sea con todos ustedes.”
